Hub of the village community

From the moment you walk in you'll feel immediately at home. With it's flagstone and wooden floors, inglenook fireplaces, old leather armchairs, upright piano, and vintage bar games, the Ring O Bells is the perfect place to come and spend a weekend away in the country.

The pub offers a home-cooked, seasonal menu with locally sourced ingredients whenever possible plus a fine selection of wines, some interesting guest ales and local ciders and if you're tempted for a night cap, the staff will gladly guide you through their extensive range of single malt whiskies.

With connections to the music industry, the pub is renowned for having had some very 'special' guests drop by. Keep your ear to the ground to find out who may be showing up next!

Meet the friendly locals and staff who will give you tips on where to explore –whether it's a weekend away fishing, cycling, walking or simply relaxing.

We also run some interesting events throughout the year which people travel from the across the county to attend. Our most popular event being our annual Cider & Cheese Fayre on the first May bank holiday.

We have two very comfortable and spacious en-suite bedrooms, both with television. Each room has a selection of Pukka Teas and coffee to suit any mood. We promise a wonderful night’s sleep in our sumptuous kingsize beds, where our guests enjoy peace and quiet from within the thick, stone walls. The spotless bathroom has an invigorating shower.

The price includes a delicious full English breakfast which is served in the main bar/dining room, cooked with fresh local Somerset ingredients. Breakfast is usually served between 8am-10am but if you would like it earlier we can provide a pack breakfast. Should you have any special requirements please do not hesitate to discuss them with the team.

Country pub with a modern edge

"With fab food and celebrity connections the Ring O Bells has a distinctly modern edge, but crucially, still feels like a proper pub
